CrossFit is a high-intensity, functional fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. The program is based on the concept of “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements,” which means that each workout is different and includes a variety of exercises and movements that mimic real-life activities.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting is a sport that involves lifting weights in two specific exercises: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These exercises are considered to be highly technical and require a great deal of skill and practice to perform correctly.

This is a 90 Minute class to allow enough time for mobility, warmup, technical skill, and individual attention with the coach.

Bodybuilding


MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 5:30 PM

Bodybuilding is a form of physical exercise in which we increase muscle size, definition, and symmetry while reducing body fat utilizing hypertrophy. Hypertrophy is the increase in the size of muscle fibers due to an increase in the size of the individual cells, rather than an increase in the number of cells. Our bodybuilding classes target specific training methods and protocols, such as high volume and intensity, progressive overload, and utilizing a variety of exercises and rep ranges.

Can I have a personal training session?

HECK YEAH, YOU CAN! Please reach out to us regarding our personal training options. Our head coach, Jordan, offers a personal training program including customized workout plans and one-on-one coaching to help clients reach their health and fitness goals. She provides support, and motivation and tracks progress to ensure maximum results. Join us for a healthier, stronger you!

Do you have childcare available?

Yes, we do! 🙌 The best childcare in all the land. We require a 24-hour reservation and cancellation. We ask babies to be at least 3 months old before bringing them in! And to always ask their pediatrician if they are ready (immune systems, etc). We have a swing and bouncer for the little ones as well. We limit the childcare room to 6 reservations an hour and if we have more than six, we bring in a second provider to help out.

Do I need prior fitness experience to start CrossFit?

No prior fitness experience is necessary, our classes are “all levels” and we provide scaling options as well. If you have an injury, we can modify and scale any movement.
